You will notice, below, that this General Assembly's agenda structure is radically different from past assemblies. Nuts and Bolts attendees have worked hard to create a format that will allow for LESS time dedicated to internal business, and MORE time allocated to discussion groups, organizing, and creating community. Overall, we hope the G.A. will be shorter and more enjoyable. *Please take a moment to look at the agenda below *(soak it in! There's singing!).

An important feature of this agenda is that, while the G.A. technically 'starts' at 1pm, *internal NYMAA business will be discussed BY NYMAA MEMBERS from 12pm until 1pm*. This includes proposals, structure document stuff, listserv woes...anything that is about the functioning of NYMAA as an entity. If you have a proposal you've submitted or are a structure junkie, this is your time to shine.

Also, we are still in search of some kind volunteers for the following roles:

- Timekeeper
- Vibeswatcher
- 1 Greeter
- 4+ Food & Drink
- 1 Utensils, plates, napkins, & cups
- Childcare
- Stack-Keeper

If there is pressing business not decided within the 1st hour and members consense during Wrap-Up upon continuing to discuss this business, we will continue at this time. Otherwise unfinished business will be referred to the Nuts and Bolts Working Group for further discussion and proposals and deferred until the next GA.
