1. Planning for the next GA
Consensed on next GA for Sunday, Oct. 28th at CAEButtons in the South Bronx, pending availability of the space, no conflicts, etc.

Discussed GA agenda -- in particular making the GA shorter. Ideas included eliminating breakouts, or making them shorter, or putting them at the end. GA agenda items on the table are meta-meeting report backs (and perhaps proposals), list moderation discussion, and barnstorming.

Volunteers for Comms are being sought to replace Walter.

Discussed list serve problems and solutions including the possibility of restricting posting to the listserve to members, allowing comms to remove people from the list either by consensus within comms or in response to some number of requests from the membership.
