1. Discussed whether to have GA 8 at Judson or Sixth Street and decided to have it at Judson
a. Child care can be in park at Judson
b. Judson is larger
2. Walter will revise and post promo-list protocols
3. Discussed Bank Account, which Matt had researched:
a. Unincorporated Membership Association
b. Considered Lower East Side Federal Credit Union & Amalgamated Bank
c. Considered whether NYLPI pro-bono lawyers could help with incorporation.
4. Reported that Brooke at Bluestockings was compiling a condensed digest of organizational protocols and was interested in ours.
5. James will be in touch with Tamiment Library re a May 17 review of their interest in materials at the office.
6. We are looking for anyone with media experience for media liaison.
7. Discussed 1st part (tabling) of GA.
a. It was considered boring.
b. Its intent was to avoid WG reportbacks during meeting, but we did the reportbacks anyway.
c. Considered moving it to end and/or making it shorter.
8.Bob E. suggested that we invite notable speakers to the GAs
