NYMAA Global Nets meeting this Wednesday 7:30 5/16 at Odessa Cafe 119 Avenue A (b/w 7th St. & St. Marks Pl). James Kautz is buying everyone free cake.

Tasks to discuss: The US Social Forum.
Two proposals by NYMAA have been submitted. I thought perhaps we could go over:
1. what those proposals are.
2. what work they may entail (though, as we are still waiting for acceptance, this is not a priority quite yet).
3. and also start looking into some of the logistics of getting ourselves down there.

The Forum is about 6-7 weeks away.

The North East Anarchist Network
At GA #7 (April 21st) I gave a report back on all the work that has been done concerning this NEA Network's formation. I thought perhaps we could go over:

1. a short recap of what this is and how it is being constructed (if this is needed).
2. begin looking into how to get NYMAA to the next Consulta June 2nd and 3rd in Syracuse.

Film Night on indigenous struggles in Canada
A while back this was proposed by Kate. Moose and a few others have already begun some work on this. I thoughts perhaps we could go over:

1. what this proposal is.
2. Begin seeing how we can accomplish this-time? space? ect.

"This Month in NYMAA"
NYMAA is going to be putting out a regular email bulletin on all of its working groups that will include what our group:

- has recently accomplished
- are currently up to
- have planned for the future
- need from and can offer to other anarchists who may not already be in the NYMAA orbit

I thought perhaps we could try to answer some of these questions as a group.

Also, anyone with other proposals for our group-please bring them to the table!
