You are cordially invited to the Seventh General Assembly of the New York Metro Alliance of Anarchists / Alianza de Anarquistas del Area Metropolitana de Nueva York (NYMAA).

Time: 2:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Place: Judson Memorial Church, 243 Thompson Street (between West 3rd
Street and Washington Square South), in the basement space.
The early signs of Spring are in the air, and you may be starting to feel intoxicated with love, liberty, and enthusiasm for building a better world. This Saturday, come join the folks who are already working on it.
It doesn't matter if you've never been to a general assembly of any kind, if you're just anarcho-curious, or if you're the roughest toughest tear-down-the-statist person around. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!!
NYMAA is organized anarchism, officially formed on March 4, 2006 to
contribute to the building of a genuine grassroots movement of resistance and liberation in New York City and beyond. We are building anarchist communities and initiating projects all over the city, and connecting with likeminded activists all over the world.
NYMAA is comprised of working groups organized around specific aims, from building a network of genuinely radical health-care providers, to resisting war and oppression, to just educating ourselves about anarchism. At the General Assembly we'll be discussing the efforts of the working groups, organizational matters regarding NYMAA as a whole, and general aspects of our movement.
